"Boyfriend" opens atop the Digital Songs chart with 521,000 first-week downloads sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Since SoundScan began tracking digital sales (which first contributed to the Hot 100 the week of Feb. 12, 2005), only Flo Rida's "Right Round" has debuted on Digital Songs with a higher total (636,000, the week of Feb. 28, 2009).

简单翻译就是首周Boyfriend的下载量为52万1千次，是历史上单周下载量排第四的单曲。第一的是09年的“Right Round”。

"Boyfriend" registered a history-making bow on the mainstream top 40-based Pop Songs radio airplay chart, launching with 3,961 first-week plays, the best first-week plays sum for a song by a male artist in the chart's almost 20-year archives.

如果大家还记得，上一次JB排名最好的单曲是大名鼎鼎的BABY，排billboard第五。
